Rates & Service Area
Regular Service Rates are $40-$50 per sit/visit.
- The Green Zone (Zone A) is $40 per visit.
- The Yellow Zone (Zone B) is $45 per visit.
- The Orange Zone (Zone C) is $50 per visit.
- The Red Zone is No Service unfortunately.
Holiday Rates
A Holiday surcharge is added to the Regular Rate if service dates fall within or ON a Federal Holiday. Holiday surcharges have two categories and rates: A. Holiday Rate – $20 is added to any booking ON a Federal Holiday (holidays listings on separate tab) B. Holiday Shadow Rate – $10 is added to any booking for either the TWO DAYS PRIOR to a Monday Holiday OR the day BEFORE and AFTER a non-Monday holiday (ex – Christmas: December 25 is $20 Holiday Rate; December 23, 24 & 26 are $10 Shadow Rates).Overnights Service Rate is $125/night
Overnight stays are $125/night and only within Zone A. Overnight stays are booked on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.Special Services are double the rate, but also, Double the visit time for your furry family
Special services involve 4 or more animals; Due to the extra time required to give proper quality service, my Special Service rate is essentially double the Regular Rate. My time at the residence is also doubled (60 minutes).Martin Luther King Day

- I will return the key, free of charge if your location is within Zone A (Green Zone) and another booking takes me near to your home (note – option may not be as time sensitive as you prefer).
- Keep key securely on file with me for future bookings.
- Arrange a time to come pick up the key at my residence. I have a lockbox and will give you the code.
- Incur a $40 Key Return Fee.

XII. National Emergency/Act of God
In the event of an unprecedented localized or national emergency, I will do my best to continue to complete the booking. However, protocol and policy will dictate for you, the Client to get home as soon as possible as a fail-safe. Because of said emergency it is possible that I too, am compromised; unable to carry out my duties (example: COVID19, Earthquake) and in such a case all terms are null and void. This also encourages the necessity for an “Emergency Contact” listed on the New Client questioner and communication of an Emergency Plan.
XIII. – Package Handling Policy
We understand that clients may receive packages while away. As a courtesy, we will bring in small and manageable packages during scheduled visits.
To ensure the safety of our team, the following limits apply: • Small Packages: We will bring in up to 5 small packages per day (under 25 lbs each). • Oversized or Heavy Packages: Packages over 25 lbs or larger than a standard doorway (approx. 4 ft in length) will not be moved. If you anticipate large deliveries, please arrange for a neighbor, friend, or delivery service to assist. • Excessive Deliveries: If more than 5 packages are received per day, additional trips or handling may be subject to an extra fee.
This policy helps keep our team safe and ensures your pets receive the time and care they deserve during visits.
XIV. – Home Construction in Progress
To ensure the safety and comfort of your pets, I’m unable to provide care services during active home construction projects.
Construction environments can create unexpected risks for pets, including escape opportunities, unfamiliar workers on-site, and communication challenges. I’ve found that the safest approach is to schedule pet care either before construction begins or after it’s completed.
Thank you for understanding—your pet’s safety is my top priority.
